My wife and I started looking for a vacation home with him at Table Rock lake about 9 months ago. Christian is very knowledgeable of the entire lake area. He showed us places south of the dam, to the west of Kimberling City and south to Lampe. We have very specific requirements and are very picky buyers. Christian did a fantastic job of finding places that met our criteria. We were remote buyers (6 hours away) which was not a problem for Christian. When a property would come available, he would be one of the first agents there to create a virtual walk through video of the property. He would send the video and give us his personal opinions of the property including the area around the property. Things like traffic issues for places on Indian Pointe during high season are important facts for remote buyers. We found a place in Kimberling City. The negotiations were not easy with the seller's agent. Again, Christian kept his cool and helped us keep ours. He continued to negotiate until we came down to the last issue. The dreaded garage door was cracked. On a Friday night, Christian called a local garage door repairman to get quotes. We were able to come to an agreement with the sellers with some caveats (garage door replacement and a couple home inspection items to finish). Even after the closing, Christian worked with the sellers and the homeowners association to get the new door approved and installed. He met the local repairman to let him into the property to finish repairs. I really appreciated Christian's honesty and transparency. He was upfront about the pros and cons of each property. We never felt like Christian was trying to push us into something that wasn't right for us, which was really refreshing.

Quick to respond to my many questions. On time, thorough, and very professional with my requests. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a real estate agent in the Branson and surrounding areas.
